I have been managing delivery of IT Professional Services for over 15 years in the state of Texas. During that time I have learned a few things and formed some opinions. I have found that success in this area requires a combination of industry knowledge, people skills, communication skills, organization and focus.
All of this has been learned through experience in various roles:
- Carrying a tool bag as a customer service rep
- Sales Person
- Departmental Manager
- Project Manager
